Finding gluten-free sushi or poké bowls can be challenging for those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. There are so many ways gluten can be hidden, whether it be in imitation crab used in California Rolls, or the soy sauce you dip the sushi into. That’s why we decided to start making our own sushi at home, with ingredients that we know are gluten-free and safe for those with celiac disease.
